Our Children, Young People & Families Officer collaborates with our partner organisations on all child and youth related matters in Bridgend County, focusing on key issues affecting children and young people.
We aim to support organisations to thrive, connecting them with similar groups throughout the community to share information, make connections & drive improvements for children and young people in Bridgend County.
We have a special focus on neurodiversity & learning disabilities, fostering collaboration between organisations that support neurodivergent young people whilst promoting their services to them or their family and friends.
For example, we host the ‘Bridgend Neurodiversity Forum’ and neurodiversity information events which bring together both service providers & users, allowing them to meet, network and collaborate.
