Following the boundary change from 1 April 2019, this network has been established to increase dialogue between the third sector across the Bridgend, Rhondda Cynon Taf and Merthyr Tydfil areas.
The network’s vision is to improve the health and wellbeing outcomes for people living in the Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board area, reducing health inequalities, promoting social wellbeing within communities, preventing ill-health and aiding recovery and independence.
