Community Health Councils are looking for members!
Date published: 10/01/2018
Do you have an interest in your local NHS?
Do you want to improve local health services in your area?
Do you have 3-5 days free per month to become a volunteer?
Volunteers are needed from all walks of life - to help improve the NHS locally and nationally. Community Health Council members are local volunteers who act as the eyes and ears of patients and the public; listening to their concerns and working with the health service to improve the quality of patient care.
Members are asked to give the equivalent of three to five days a month; training will be provided and any ‘out of pocket’ expenses such as travel will be reimbursed.
