The aim of the course is to educate learners on how to store, handle and prepare food safely and in a correct manner. 

Following the successful completion of this course, learners will be able to:

  • demonstrate an understanding of food safety;
  • identify good and bad food safety preparation practices;
  • recite knowledge on food safety and food safety regulations;
  • understand good personnel hygiene.
