The aim of the course is to educate learners on how to store, handle and prepare food safely and in a correct manner.
Following the successful completion of this course, learners will be able to:
- demonstrate an understanding of food safety;
- identify good and bad food safety preparation practices;
- recite knowledge on food safety and food safety regulations;
- understand good personnel hygiene.
