Tender to become a research partner for Mind’s mental health social prescribing programme in Wales

Welsh Government has funded Mind to trial a mental health-specific social prescribing service. The project will be managed nationally by Mind Cymru and delivered by four local Mind delivery partners: Merthyr and the Valleys Mind; Vale of Clwyd Mind; Brecon and District Mind and Ystradgynlais Mind.
Between February 2019 and January 2021, Mind aim to engage 1,500 primary care service users.
Mind is looking to appoint an independent research partner to conduct a randomised control trial, exploring the service’s impact on individual and system-level outcomes compared to care as usual.

The total budget for this work is £130,000 (including VAT, if applicable).
