Grants to organisations for any amount OVER £15,000 with the Integrated Care Fund (Large Grant Scheme)

The Integrated Care Fund (ICF) is a mechanism to support delivery of the requirements of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (the Act).
The Act provides for regional partnership boards, locally Western Bay, which bring together health, social services, the third sector and other partners to take forward the effective delivery of integrated services in Wales. Their purpose is to improve the outcomes and well-being of people with care and support needs, and their carers.
The total pot of funding available through the Integrated Care Fund Large Grant Scheme is £296,000. Organisations can apply for any amount OVER £15,000.

Delivery can begin on or after 1 April 2018 and must be completed by 31 March 2019 with all funds spent by this date.

The deadline for applications for the ICF Large Grants Scheme is 5pm on Friday 16 March 2018.
