Facing the Future, support groups are now available across:
As a service invested in promoting and enhancing wellbeing, Facing the Future hopes you’ll consider introducing them to those bereaved by suicide who are looking for support. Their groups are completely free, limited to a maximum of eight people and delivered for six consecutive weeks.
Groups are facilitated by a Cruse and Samaritans volunteers specialising in suicide prevention and bereavement. This enables individuals bereaved by suicide to share their experiences with others in a safe, confidential space.
The groups have been designed to be as inclusive as possible: Those eligible to attend will be over 18 and bereaved by suicide for three months or longer. Individuals do not have to reside in areas where the groups are located.
