Bridgend falls prevention and sight loss FREE workshops January - March 2017

The Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) will be running falls workshops in the Bridgend area as part of their falls awareness programmes for people with sight loss.
Are you fearful of having a fall or have you fallen? Do you have sight loss then come along to our falls workshops and learn how you can develop your confidence and limit your risk of falling.
The workshops are aimed primarily at people who have experienced deterioration in their sight or are worried about falling. You will learn about the things that you need to be aware of in your home and when out and about.
The sessions are free and refreshments will be provided.
The workhops will be held on:
Monday 16 January 2017 at Evergreen Hall, Angel Street, Bridgend from 10am – 12 noon.
Tuesday 7 February 2017 at Coytrahen Community Centre, Phillip Squire Centre, Coytrahen from 10 am – 12 noon.
Wednesday 8 March 2017 at Sarn Life Centre, Sarn Library, Merfield Close, Sarn Bridgend CF32 9SW from 10am – 12 noon.
