The Lady Neville Charity provides grants that will make a clear and significant contribution to grass-roots charitable organisations working in designated priority areas and are now accepting applications for the 2018 funding rounds.
If you are a registered charity or not-for-profit organisation with an annual income of less than £100,000 you may be able to apply for a one-off capital grant of up to £1,000 to contribute to projects costing less than £10,000.
Organisations applying must be working in at least one of the following priority areas:
- Local heritage projects which help local groups to conserve and restore their landmarks, landscape, traditions and culture;
- Performing and visual arts groups involved in undertaking a particular activity in any field in this area
Funding is considered for capital items such as equipment or an element of building works, or general funding towards one-off anniversary events that are not part of core activities or regular annual events.
All applicants need to make a clear and significant contribution to a project.
