The postholder will work with young people aged 8+ offering diversionary activities, support and information. Training will be provided as necessary. Appointment dependent on satisfactory enhanced Police Disclosure and Barring check and references.

Practice Leader (1) - Early Intervention Service
£21,964-£24,191 (37.5 hoursrs)
The postholder will co-ordinate and manage Hafal’s team within the existing NHS Early Intervention in Psychosis Service. This involves working in partnership with, and adhering to Service Level Agreements with Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board (ABMU) as an integrated staff team in the County Boroughs of Neath Port Talbot, Swansea and Bridgend.
The postholder will work with own caseload of patients in NPT.
The postholder will provide recovery focussed early intervention services to service users living in the community, focusing on the direct needs of young people experiencing a first episode of psychosis in conjunction with ABMU’s existing EIP service.
The postholder will work with and support the ABMU EIP Managers and team to develop the EIP service across all 3 Counties.
The postholder will provide support and advice to family of young people within the EIP service, signposting where necessary.
